EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP - (November 9th, 2011) In an effort to reconnect with graduates, Egg Harbor Township High School personnel will host an Alumni Open House and Tour of the newly-renovated and expanded facilities from 3 – 5 p.m., Wednesday, November 23 -- the day before Thanksgiving.

High school student ambassadors will lead the tours of the new performing arts center, gymnasium, cafeteria with indoor and outdoor seating, state-of-the-art classrooms, a media-rich library, numerous science labs, a new band equipment room, and outdoor garden breezeways that connect the academic buildings. EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP - (March 17, 2011) The February 26th Grand Finale surf and turf dinner and auction raised over $19,800 for the Egg Harbor Township High School Performing Arts Center, including more than $5,000 raised through Silent and Live Auction items donated by generous area businesses.

Presented by Shore Memorial Hospital and hosted by the Community Partnership for Egg Harbor Township Schools, the dinner was the culmination of a two-year effort by the Community Partnership to purchase a Concert Grand Piano for the yet-to-be-completed Performing Arts Center (PAC).  To date more than $44,300 has been raised for that initiative. EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP (December 13, 2010) – The Community Partnership for Egg Harbor Township Schools, Inc.  formally donated a new LED Marquee Sign to the Egg Harbor Township School District during a brief dedication ceremony at 2:30 p.m., Monday, Dec. 13 at the corner of English Creek Avenue and High School Drive in Egg Harbor Township.

Proceeds from two Community Partnership-hosted dinner dances held in 2008 and 2009 were used to fund the project which cost the non-profit organization more than $52,000 and included all sign-related expenses including required Township permits, engineering designs, land surveys, and construction drawings; construction materials, labor, electrical and cable installation, and landscaping.  (Read the Full Story)

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP (March 9, 2010) – Community Partnership Board members were concerned they might strike out with this year's annual fundraiser due to the tight economy and rough winter weather. Instead, they hit a grand slam!

More than $24,000 was raised for a Concert Grand Piano for the new Performing Arts Center at Egg Harbor Township High School during the Feb. 27th Grade Event and Silent Auction. Proceeds included more than $5,700 raised through the Silent Auction that featured donated gifts and services from more than 50 generous area businesses.

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP (September 28, 2008) – The Community Partnership for Egg Harbor Township Schools, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity, raised more than $10,000 September 17 at Hidden Creek Golf Club during a Wine Tasting, Gourmet Dinner & Live Auction held in honor and memory of Member Emeritus Chuck Donovan.

As vice president of the Community Partnership since 2007 and one of the founding fathers of the Egg Harbor Township Home and School Association, the Egg Harbor Township Education Foundation, and the Egg Harbor Township High School Interact Club, Chuck’s memory was honored for his dedication to educational endeavors and initiatives and his unselfish spirit of giving back to the community.

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP (August 11, 2008) – The Community Partnership for Egg Harbor Township Schools has elected two new officers and added two members during its May and July meetings.

The Board elected Louis DeScioli of Egg Harbor Township as Chairman. He succeeds outgoing Chairman Peter E. Castellano, Egg Harbor Township Board of Education member, who founded the organization in 2006 and will remain a member of the Community Partnership Board. EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP (September 20, 2006) - Ocean City Home Charitable Foundation donated more than $6,300 to the Community Partnership for Egg Harbor Township Schools, Inc. September 26 to fund the addition of two portable Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) for the Egg Harbor Township School District. The Ocean City Home Charitable Foundation allows the entire community to share in the growth of Ocean City Home Bank and enhance the strong partnership the Bank has already created in the community.
